This week I did a personal word study in the Bible on all the verses that speak of "WAY." Webster defines "way" as: a road or path, a method of doing something.
The Psalms contain prayers asking God to lead in the way of everlasting, and teach the way of truth. Twice Proverbs instructs, "There is a way which seems right to a man, but the end is the way of death." Isaiah speaks of the way of the just. Jeremiah tells of one way. Jesus proclaimed, "I am the way, the truth, and the life."
To a multitude Jesus taught, "Enter through the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and spacious and broad is the way that leads away to destruction, and many are those who are entering through it. But the gate is narrow (contracted by pressure) and the way is straightened and compressed that leads away to life, and few are those who find it." - Matthew 7:13-14 Amplified Bible
My illustration was created with watercolor pencils, from a previous doodle I did in another study Bible. May it bless and encourage you to walk in the Way.
